And recent studies indicate that roughly one-third of all unprotected homes and commercial properties are attacked by subterranean termites. Once termites enter your property, they can destroy the wall and roofing timbers in less than three months.

Cockroach Control 

Queenslanders are no strangers to cockroaches, but it seems we are seeing more of them today because of climate change. The higher than average spring temperatures, combined with humid conditions forecast for the summer, have made conditions perfect for the cockroach population to blow up. You may notice more cockroaches in your home, thanks to the recent drought and destructive bushfires have forced these dirty pests to move inside homes where they can take shelter, and find food and water.

Aside from being gross and smelly, cockroaches also carry different kinds of diseases. You don’t want roaches in your home as they are known to eat, love and move through sewers, rubbish, and other germ-filled areas. You can use sprays, baits and traps to control cockroaches but more serious infestations need the expertise of professionals.
